Issue views

Prodedify supports five layout modes for viewing issues. Switch between them using the view toggle in the toolbar.

List view

The default view for most workflows.

Group by any property — state, priority, assignee, label, cycle, and more. Groups are collapsible.

Sort by multiple fields. Click column headers to toggle sort direction.

Show or hide columns, reorder them by dragging, and customize which properties are visible.

Click + Add issue at the bottom of any group to create an issue inline.

A Kanban-style board where columns represent states.

Drag issues between columns to change their state. Cards show key properties at a glance.

Each column has a quick-add button for creating issues directly in that state.

An Excel-like grid for viewing and editing issues in bulk.

Click any cell to edit it directly. Tab between cells for fast data entry.

Select multiple rows to apply changes across many issues at once.

Issues laid out on a calendar based on their target dates.

See upcoming deadlines, overdue items, and scheduling conflicts at a glance.

A timeline view that shows issues as bars on a horizontal timeline.

Understand how work is sequenced over time. See start dates, end dates, and overlapping work.

Dependencies between issues are shown as connecting lines between bars.
