Change tracking
The timeline shows all changes to the issue — state transitions, priority updates, assignee changes, label additions, date modifications, and more. Each entry includes who made the change and when.

Events are displayed chronologically, giving you a complete audit trail of the issue's lifecycle.

Adding comments
Add comments to discuss an issue with your team. Comments support full Markdown formatting — headers, lists, code blocks, links, and more.
Editing and deleting
Edit or delete your own comments after posting.
@Mentions
Mentioning people
Type @ followed by a name to mention a team member. They'll receive a notification in their inbox.
Mentioning issues
Reference other issues in comments to create cross-links between related work.
Following
Subscribe to updates
Click Follow on an issue to subscribe to its updates. You'll receive notifications for all changes and comments.
Automatic following
You're automatically subscribed to issues you create, are assigned to, or comment on.
Managing subscriptions
Access followed issues from the My Work → Watched tab. Unfollow issues you no longer want updates on.
