Navigate Prodedify with the sidebar.
The sidebar is your primary navigation in Prodedify. It gives you quick access to your personal tools, projects, teams, and workspace features.
Structure
The sidebar is organized into sections.
Personal section
Always visible at the top:
- Home — Your personalized dashboard
- Inbox — Notifications and mentions
- My Work — Your assigned, created, and watched issues
- Kiln AI — Your AI agent for building and managing work
- AI — Conversational AI assistant
- Stickies — Quick notes canvas
Workspace section
- Projects — All your projects, with your top 5 pinned and reorderable
- Teams — Team management and directory
More section
Expandable section for additional workspace features:
- Views — Workspace-wide saved views
- Cycles — Active cycles across all projects
- Analytics — Workspace-level insights
- Archives — Archived items
Project navigation
Expanding a project
When you select a project, the sidebar expands to show project-specific pages: Dashboard, Overview, Issues, Queue, Features, Cycles, Views, and Pages.
Pinned projects
Your top 5 projects are pinned in the sidebar. Drag to reorder them. Click View all to see every project.
