Uploading files
Drag and drop
Drag files directly into the Resources view to upload them.

Click the upload button to browse and select files from your computer.
Organization
Folder hierarchy
Create nested folders to organize your files logically — by project, type, or team.
Moving files
Move files between folders by dragging or using the context menu.
Renaming
Rename files and folders from the context menu.
Viewing
Grid view
See files as visual thumbnails. Best for images and design assets.
List view
A compact, detailed view showing file names, sizes, and dates.
Preview
Click any file to preview it directly in Prodedify without downloading.
Management
Search
Find resources by name using the search bar.
Sorting
Sort by name, date, or file size.
Archiving
Archive folders you no longer need. Archived items can be restored later.
