Notification preferences

Configuring alerts

Customize which events trigger notifications. Go to Settings → Preferences to configure your notification settings.

Choose which events you want to be notified about — assignments, mentions, state changes, comments, and more.

Managing notifications

Inbox workflow

Use your Inbox to review and manage notifications:

• Mark as read/unread — Track what you've reviewed
• Archive — Clear processed notifications
• Snooze — Temporarily dismiss and resurface later

Bulk actions

Use Mark all read to clear your inbox when you've reviewed everything.
