Priority
Set urgency levels on issues.
Priority indicates how urgent an issue is and helps your team decide what to work on first.
Priority levels
Urgent
Must be addressed immediately. Use for critical bugs, outages, or blockers.
High
Important and should be tackled soon. Key features or significant bugs.
Medium
Normal priority. The default for most work.
Low
Can be addressed when time allows. Nice-to-haves and minor improvements.
Using priority
Setting priority
Set priority when creating or editing an issue. Available in the create dialog, detail panel, and inline in list views.
Filtering and grouping
Use priority as a filter or grouping option in any view to focus on what's most important. Group by priority to see your work organized by urgency.
