Project updates let you communicate progress, risks, and plans to your team and stakeholders.
Creating an update
Status selection
From the project Overview page, create a status update. Set the project health:
- On track — Everything is progressing as planned
- At risk — Some concerns that may affect delivery
- Off track — Significant issues affecting the project
Rich text editor
Write your update with full Markdown formatting — include context, blockers, wins, and next steps.
Update history
Chronological feed
All updates are saved chronologically, creating a record of project progress over time.
Filtering
Filter by status (on track, at risk, off track) or date range to review past updates.
Public sharing
Generating a link
Generate a secure public link to share project updates with stakeholders who don't have a Prodedify account.
Revoking access
Public links can be revoked at any time from the update settings.
