Quick actions

Execute common actions like creating issues, switching projects, or launching Kiln AI.

Filtering issues

Apply filters to any issue view to narrow down what you see.

Property filters

  • State — Backlog, Unstarted, Started, Completed, Cancelled
  • Priority — Urgent, High, Medium, Low
  • Assignee — Filter by team member
  • Label — Filter by one or more labels
  • Type — Bug, Feature, Enhancement, etc.

Planning filters

  • Cycle — Show issues in a specific cycle
  • Feature — Show issues in a specific feature/module
  • Agent — Filter by assigned AI agent

Date filters

  • Created date — When the issue was created
  • Updated date — When it was last modified
  • Target date — Due date, with range support (this week, next 7 days, custom)

Grouping

Group by property

Group issues by any property to organize your view. For example, group by assignee to see each person's workload, or by priority to focus on what's urgent.

Collapsible groups

Groups can be collapsed to hide their contents, useful for focusing on specific sections.

Sorting

Multi-field sorting

Sort by any combination of fields. Define primary and secondary sort orders for fine-grained control.

Column headers

In list view, click column headers to toggle sort direction.

Saving filters

Reusable views

Save any filter combination as a View for quick access in the future.
